  • Advising on and ensuring compliance with the electrical (safety) regulations 1994
  • Advising landlords of their responsibility to apply for a certificate of fitness on their property, if relevant
  • Rental collection and transfer outlined in a monthly statement
  • Advise and adherence of any legal regulations for a rental property, for example gas/furniture safety regulations
  • 24 hour maintenance and general repairs service
  • 24 hour management number
  • Conduct quarterly checks and provide an update to the landlord
  • Negotiation with tenant when coming to the end of tenancy agreement
  • £250 letting fee plus monthly management
